Ian Veneracion is a Filipino celebrity molded in one complete package. He’s one of the veteran actors in the showbiz industry that still looks good in his age. The 44-year-old matinee idol first appeared on the screen as a child actor back in 1982. He is married to Pam Veneracion whom he dated when he was a young man of 18. They tied the knot in 1997 at the age of 22.
For 20 years as a couple, they were blessed with three children namely Tristan Draco Veneracion, Duccio Veneracion, and Deirdre Veneracion. Recently, his 19-year-old son Draco went viral on social media as it captivates the eyes of the netizens
On his Instagram account, Ian always shares photos of his family and adventures. Just like his father, Draco loves into outdoor activities such as hiking, trekking, riding motorcycles, and many more. But according to Ian, he would not prefer not to have any of his children join showbiz.
“They can be whoever they wanna be, I’ll just be there to support them,” Ian said.
“I don’t think he is interested in becoming an actor kasi… alam mo sa bahay hindi kami ma-TV, in fact sa buong bahay isa lang ang TV namin. Hindi sila masyadong ma-showbiz, yung mga anak ko,” he added.
“It’s in a way depriving them of (doing) their own adventure and that’s what I appreciate about my life, for example, na-eenjoy ko wala akong padrino, wala akong showbiz family,” Ian added.
