Recently, a dog went viral after on social media after it saw an abandoned newborn baby in a local garbage dump in Brazil and being credited for saving the newborn baby’s life. The hero dog was turned out to be a stray female pooch rummaging in a garbage dump in Brazil. She found a newborn boy with his umbilical cord still attached. The said photos of the dog went trending and earned so much attention from the online users.
The photos show the dog gently carrying the baby in its mouth away from the rubbish. What made it more amazing is the fact that she brought the baby to the nearest house in the city of Campinas, Brazil. The residents of the house immediately took the baby to the nearest hospital, according to reports.
Fortunately, the baby boy was saved and doing well according to the doctors. The female dog was tagged as “an angel sent from the heavens,” for bringing the baby to safety and left the baby unharmed.
As a matter of fact, the same case happened in Thailand in 2013 when a family dog rescued an abandoned newborn baby girl at a roadside dump. A man riding his bike noticed a stray dog walking, carrying something in his mouth. He then saw blood drops on the road and as he went closer, he was shocked at what he saw.
